Workshop Services
Laboratory of Technological Processes has a workshop in the center of Warsaw, at the main campus of Warsaw University of Technology, which provides a wide range of mechanical and engineering services.
Fabrication and installation of technological instalations
We design and manufacture components and complete technological installations such as chemical and food pilot plants, reactors, connectors, connecting and fastening structures. We are unusual features and details of steel and aluminum included in chemical laboratories, medical and analytical eg. Crates, mini-reactors, stands.
Service and repair of chemical equipment
We repair chemical reactors, bioreactors, chemical plants damaged parts, vacuum pumps, centrifugal pumps, water pumps, screw pumps, centrifuges, evaporators.
We service installations and equipment at the customer place, and we make periodic maintenance controls.
TIG MIG / MAG Welding
We weld in inert gas elements of stainless steel in TIG and MIG / MAG method
Turning and grinding works
We can made from steel, aluminum and plastic any type of fittings, flanges, reducers, pulleys, reconstruction of damaged components on the basis of the submitted prototypes or technical projects.
